I love my truck but I'm to the point that if this happens again I'm going to start looking at the lemon law. I went with Dodge this time only because 2015 Ford Super Duties was having so many issues with the turbo. I have over 300000 miles and the only thing I've ever done is installed another clutch. F250 7.3 power stroke and I still drive it weekly. My last truck purchase before this one was in 1999. It seems this is a very common issue for Dodge DEF vehicles. I was told if it happens again to bring at back and they would change out the pump again.

The code was reset and the technician showed me my old pump and explained the issues. This time it was the heater sensor on the new pump they just installed. I picked up my truck this afternoon and before I could drive 20 miles the engine light came on. After raising hell they kept the truck overnight and replaced the pump and module. No issues were found and the code was reset. The dealer pulled the DEF pump and inspected. This week my check engine light came on and the service soon on the screen.

The second time I brought it to the dealer and was told there was an upgrade to the system that fixed the problem. The first time it reset its self before I could get it to the dealer. My 2015 Ram 6.7 Cummings with 20000 miles has trouble coded 4 times dealing with the DEF low pressure code.
